That's the real problem. If you get it reground, hit around the reground areas with a file to make sure they are still hard. A roller cam needs to be 55-C Rockwell minimum. That's pretty hard and a file shouldn't touch it. If you can file it, send it back. It won't last long. A roller cam is the best bargain in engine building. Get a new one.
